Testing Trends for 2020

It’s that time of year again, actually, a bit past it, where articles appear proclaiming things like “50 Things to Get Better at in 2020” and “2020 Ways to Make 2020 Amazing”. Getting better at something is iterative and there has to be a goal in order to learn something, rather than a list of things to check off once they have been completed. Learning is more personal. So this article is really just some advice on how to become a better QA in 2020. It tries to offer generic advice of skills for a QA that I think are getting big, such as Cloud Technology, and advice on Automated Testing and ways of thinking. The article is shaped a lot by my experiences as a QA (a background of media, finance and security together with self-learning).
